Bruce Konold Senior Pastor Bruce Konold (B.A. Moody Bible Institute; M.A. Bethel Theological Seminary) has 17 years of pastoral ministry, and ten years as pastor at Eagan Hills Church. Bruce’s passion is to communicate God’s Word in a clear and balanced way. He has recently published a devotional guide titled The Way of the Cross. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and coaching his kid’s soccer teams. Bruce and his wife, Tami, have three children (Abby, Sarah and Max), and make their home in Eagan, Minnesota.
Craig Case Adult Ministry + Missions Pastor Craig has 13 years of pastoral ministry experience, most recently as a church planter and Lead Pastor. Craig is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Bethel Seminary. Craig's passion is to help people join God in what He is doing in their own personal lives and in local and global communities. He enjoys summer evenings on his deck, morning coffee while he writes, his wife's smile, and golf, books, and films. Craig and his wife, Jeneal, have two children (Alex and Allyson), living in beautiful Chaska.
Joseph Whalen Worship + Operations Pastor Joe and his wife Michelle have been involved in the leadership of the music department at Eagan Hills since 1999, when she accepted a part-time position at the church. The birth of their daughter led to Joe accepting a full-time position in 2004. Their passion is to see the creative arts ministry authentically glorify God with excellence and creativity, honoring the past while remaining relevant in, not to, today’s culture.
Mike Ashley Student Ministry Pastor Mike joined our staff in August 2009. He is married to Gina Ashley. They have two children Josh and Kate. Mike has served in student ministry since 1997. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and has studied at Calvin Seminary, Grand Rapids Seminary, and is hoping to finish his graduate studies at Northwestern Graduate School. He enjoys watching the Bears beat the Vikings and hanging out with his family.
Ayrica Ash Children's Ministry Director Ayrica joined the staff as Children’s Ministry Director in 2005 and says the best parts of her job are the greetings, smiles, and hugs from children. Her hope is for children to grow in the knowledge that Jesus loves them, that they will love Him and have a personal relationship with Him, and that they will become followers of Christ, bold in their faith and their knowledge of the Lord. Ayrica and her husband Gary live in Eagan and have four children Charlie, Ayriel, Henry & Autumn.

Lynn Hanson Administrative Assistant As Eagan Hills Church administrative assistant since 2003, Lynn is affectionately known by the church staff as the “glue”, although she knows “[Christ] is before all things, and in HIM all things hold together” (Colossians 1:17). Actively involved at Eagan Hills since 1986, her passion is to be used by God to connect people. This has included involvement in music, children’s, youth, and women’s ministries. Lynn and her husband Steve have lived in Eagan for 30 years and have been blessed with two adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson.
