The Call
We are a group of artists who are dedicated to living out Romans 12:1-3, "In
view of God's mercy, offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing
to God—this is your spiritual act of worship." Recognizing the
awesomeness of God, we offer our passion, time and talent as a living sacrifice
in response to what He has already done for us and in us.
We have a high calling and heavy responsibility in leading the Bride of Christ
to worship before His throne. We liken the worship service as the burning bush
which Moses approached, and tread with reverence and awe. "Good enough for
the church" is not good enough. God deserves our best. We
aim to live lives of integrity, being worshippers and servant leaders both on
and off the stage.
We
give God not only our talents but our hearts
as well,
lest He say to us, "you honor me with your lips, but your hearts are far
from Me."
The Process
The process begins with you. We realize there are seasons in life, and that although
you have passions and gifts, God may or may not be calling you to serve with
those gifts at this time. This is why we will not pursue you, but ask that you
prayerfully begin the process by filling out the form below, or speaking to a
ministry leader.
From that point, there will be a conversation with the appropriate ministry leader,
and you may be given the book The Heart of the Artist by Rory Noland
to read at your own pace. When you complete the book, you will meet with the
ministry leader to review key concepts from the book, ask and answer questions
about the ministry, and get to know each other better.
The third step in the process (when applicable) is an audition. At this point,
an assessment can be made as to where you will fit and be most effective with
the passions and talents you have been given. |
