We recommend that you download this checklist to print out and use.

____ Contact the Wedding Coordinator at WeddingCoordinator@EaganHills.org or 651-452-3695 to temporarily reserve your wedding date.
____ Read the Wedding Policies and Fees.
____ Complete bride & groom questionnaires.
____ If approved, $150 nonrefundable facility deposit is due within 2 weeks of notification.
____ Schedule first meeting with the Wedding Coordinator & Pastor Bruce– WeddingCoordinator@EaganHills.org or 651-452-3695.
____ Schedule first pre-marriage counseling session with Pastor Bruce through church secretary (Lynn Hanson- 651-452-3695 or LynnHanson@eaganhills.org).
____ Schedule second pre-marriage counseling session with Pastor Bruce.
____ Schedule wedding rehearsal.
____ Programs printed.
____ Final meeting with wedding coordinator.
____ Assign friend/family to spot check dressing rooms after ceremony before departing EHC.
____ All fees are due by the day of the wedding rehearsal. Get list of names from our Wedding Coordinator.
____ Wedding rehearsal.
____ Pre-ceremony decorating.
____ Remove all decorations and personal items you would like to keep before leaving the building.
